Filtration unit for 4 aluminium machining centres

The plant is equipped with 500 µm pre-filtration using a cracking dredge, followed by FMH100G3 hydrostatic filtration at 15 µm. It is capable of treating 600 l/min of emulsion. The equipment includes a tubular heat exchanger for cooling the emulsion, a DSB oil separator and a full range of emulsion filling and dosing equipment, providing a complete solution perfectly suited to our customer’s needs.

The plant is being installed in China, and communication was a key factor in the success of the project.
