Centrifuges enable very high levels of cleanliness to be achieved. Used to regenerate whole oils, they considerably extend the life of these oils. As well as providing a very rapid return on investment, they also help to protect the environment.
The Omicron fine filtration system is the ideal solution for whole oil filtration in superfinishing processes, particularly when machining materials such as stainless steel, HSS or tungsten carbide.
This filtration principle, with self-cleaning 5 µm candles, requires no additives. The candles are regenerated by counter-current injection of compressed air, and the purges are sent to a hydrostatic filter or a bag filter. As an autonomous technology, our Omicron plants require virtually no human intervention, optimising operating costs. The PLC is programmed by our in-house automation specialists, with developments tailored to your specifications.
