Regeneration of drawing oil for high-voltage cables

Each drawing line is equipped with a lifting pump that transfers part of the oil to the centrifuge tank. The regeneration cycle can then be carried out in masked time before returning to the drawing machine tank. The centrifuge operates automatically. The extracted sludge is automatically transferred to a hopper located under the drawing machine. No manual intervention is required to empty the sludge. This system guarantees continuous, uninterrupted operation, while reducing maintenance requirements.

The viscosity of this oil was very high. There was no chance of using conventional filtration solutions, so the centrifuge made sense for this application.
