Filtreri has a wide choice of construction and efficiency for air pre-filtration frames:

Frame with flat media
Flat media has a dense bonded structure, allowing dirt to be collected evenly across the depth of the filter.
Exceptional air purification performance, as a pre-filter or main filter.

• Several media options: polyester, fibreglass, metal knit, etc.
• Robust metal frame construction
• Maximum temperature: 70°C

Pleated media frame
The pleated effect is designed to achieve maximum retention capacity while facilitating the passage of air.
Fibreglass media can be added to increase its effectiveness.

• Two media options: fibreglass or synthetic polyester
• Maximum temperature: 80°C continuous.
• Efficiency: G2 to F5

Multi-pocket frame
The pleated effect is designed to achieve maximum retention capacity while facilitating the passage of air.

For the most demanding sectors of activity, such as clean rooms, micro-mechanics or food processing, the slightest impurity can lead to costly rejects. Filtreri has a wide range of filtration frames from medium to high efficiency (FINS, EPA, HEPA, ULPA).

Multi-dihedral filters
Medium- and high-efficiency multidihedral frames are ideal for applications requiring high filtration quality.
Compliant with EN1822 & EN779:2002 classification, these filters meet different efficiency classes:

• Low pressure drop
• High maximum operating temperature
• Mini-ply media for large filtration area
• Lightweight and easy to install
• Standard or customised dimensions
• Air flow rate up to 5,000 m³ / hour

Multi-pocket frame

The multi-pocket frame is mainly used as a pre-filter for difficult applications, protecting against clogging of finishing filters. Effective particularly for fine particles, thanks to its dust retention capacity. Provides a high level of purification thanks to the flexibility and robustness of its materials when operating at high air flow rates.
Mainly used in the industrial and mechanical sectors, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, offices and public buildings.

Filtreri’s high-capacity filter cartridges are capable of retaining impurities and dust.

Thanks to the wide range of designs available, they are ideal for use in the following areas:

Filtreri offers a range of medium and high efficiency air filter cartridges. They are made from polyester / polyester antistatic cellulose paper.

They are available with several types of mounting:

• By flanges, several points
• Threaded rods
• Double Open End (DOE)

Thanks to the large number of pleats, we can achieve large filtration surfaces: up to more than 17 m² (example for a 1200 mm high cartridge).

Pre-filtration rolls

MFK Series rollers are essential for air pre-filtration! Because they’re so easy to apply and offer good retention capacity, they’re frequently found in paint booths, air-conditioning units, electrical cabinets, etc.

They are made from thermobonded polyester fibres or high-density fibreglass.

• Efficiency: F5 – G2 – G3 – G4

Pre-filtration panels

The pre-filtration panels in the MFF series are directly derived from the MFK rollers. They therefore have the same characteristics.
We can custom-make them to any size you need to fit your supports (engines, machine component protection, etc.).

Alveolar pleated cardboard

Developed specifically to filter paint pigments (overspray particles). For the most demanding applications, a synthetic media can be added to increase pollutant retention capacity.

Paint Stop

The Paint Stop series, made from glass fibres with progressive density (in the direction of the air outlet), provides a high retention capacity for sprayed paint pigments and allows the free passage of dust-free airflow. A specific thermosetting resin gives this media a high compressive strength, preventing it from crushing and clogging as it saturates.

Honeycomb

MFK series filters are made up of several layers of fireproof kraft paper split, stretched and superimposed.
Filtreri offers 4 types of honeycomb filters:

• 5 layers of paper + media
• 6 layers of paper
• 7 layers paper + media
• 8 layers of paper

To refine filtration quality, polyester media can be added to some versions.

• Standard width: 1 m

Steel wire

The role of this filter is to retain airborne particles, thereby improving air quality. It consists of a filter medium sewn onto steel wire.
Thanks to its lightweight design, this filter is particularly economical. It is mainly used for fan coil units and unit heaters.
