Woven filter cloths made from synthetic fibres – polypropylene and polyester – are used in the mechanical, chemical and food industries. There are two types of woven filter cloth: monofilament and multifilament, which come together in Filtreri’s TOI range. This range is economical because it is easy to wash and therefore reusable.

Monofilament fabrics
Monofilament fabrics have a square weave for a precise filtration threshold, giving exceptional results. These cloths are based on synthetic fibres that offer a high level of non-stick properties. They are mainly used for filtration of industrial processes and coarse waste.

Multifilament fabrics
Multifilament cloths are made up of a set of very fine continuous strands twisted together to retain fine particles. These strands have good mechanical strength and stopping power. These meshes are generally used in the food industry, mechanical machining and urban or industrial waste disposal.

Filtreri presents its range of absorbent pads: the MFG.A series for absorbing large quantities of liquid from leaks or accidental spills.

The absorbent pad adapts to the most complex shapes thanks to its flexibility. What’s more, it can be installed and set up quickly, making the job easier for maintenance personnel. Once placed on the ground, it absorbs or contains the leak before it spreads. They can be used in all applications, as they can absorb up to 5 litres of oil, water, grease or hydrocarbons!

The MFG.C series absorbs all types of liquids !

Vegetable pellets are made from ground wood, which is then dehydrated. Plant pellets (MFG.C series) are manufactured to very strict standards. Thanks to this rigour, they have a number of safety advantages: they are non-hazardous :

• For humans, as it contains no dangerous dust
• For the environment: 99% biodegradable
• When in use, because it is fireproof and non-slip

The MFG.D series absorbs oil, petrol, petroleum, paint and any other liquid spilled on the floor. The sheets are pre-cut in the roller for ease of use.

The MFG.B series is made up of the same absorbent as the roll version, but packaged in bundles of 100 or 200 sheets, ideal for laying on a workbench.
Filtreri offers you absorbent « paper » to prevent dripping. It comes in single sheets (MFG.D series) or cardboard (MFG.B series).
