Note that they are only compatible with magnetic materials.
High power (in gauss)
Low mechanical wear
Compatible with long chips or chips of various shapes
They are generally used on machine tools to extract swarf from the cutting fluid.
They can also be used for pre-filtration in filtration plants, in conjunction with grids.
Possibility of integrating a filtering element (fissure grille, drum, etc.)
Made-to-measure dimensions
Works with all types of materials
Pre-filtering grid
They are generally fitted to machine tools, particularly lathes, to extract swarf from the cutting fluid.
Suitable for long chips
Made-to-measure dimensions
The conveyors collect the liquid and the swarf and provide an initial level of separation, extracting the coarsest loads.
The purpose of the lifting system is to suck up the dirty liquid and return it to a centralised effluent treatment network, or to a filtration plant where the effluent cannot flow simply by gravity.
Circular, rectangular or long, lifting stations are generally installed inside or next to the machine tool or process using the effluent, which enters the tank by gravity. The shape will be adapted to the space constraints. The dimensions will be adapted to the volume and flow rate to be treated.
Great freedom of location for the filtration unit
Centralised network operation
Ergonomic access with low process height
Longer versions can be used as conveyors
Integrated booster for local control of irrigation flow/pressure
Installed on the lift tank, the choice of pump type will enable a wide variety of liquids, rates and load types to be handled. They can be closed for clean liquids or semi-open for conventional particles or swarf. Fully open versions can be selected, capable of absorbing large pieces by vortex effect, up to the diameter of the pipe.
Flow rates from 0 to 2500 l/min
Power ratings from 0.5 to 20 kW
Machine tools on a centralised network
Centralised network operation
Ergonomic access with low process height
Frequency inverters. By adjusting the pump’s flow rate, it reduces energy consumption by 30 to 50% and improves filtration quality thanks to a more regular flow rate.
Agitators to prevent stagnation and clogging.
Grinders to reduce particle size.
The lifting stations collect the liquid and the chips or fillers and take them to the treatment site. This makes it easier to work with a centralised network, so you only need to manage one treatment centre for a multitude of machines. This solution gives you a great deal of freedom when it comes to setting up your workshop.
