Hardening baths
High efficiency
No consumables
Very low operating costs
Also available in smooth drum version
By using 2 stages of discs, the rate of particles retained is improved compared with the simple SMD.
Flow rate from 220 to 1300 l/min
Grinding process
Hardening baths
Suitable for high-load applications
If your particles are magnetic, passing them through an SMD before filtration will reduce the use of consumables. By removing particles that are specifically steel, it makes it easier to recycle and reuse chips or residues.
They allow the liquid to pass through a cloth by gravity. The residues are then evacuated by the rotation or automatic unwinding of this belt.
Our FMH G range of hydrostatic belt filters can handle large instantaneous flows thanks to their internal capacity, with no risk of waves or overflow, unlike flat gravity filters.
This technology optimises the flow rate treated (l/min/m²) and reduces the floor space required. Natural hydrostatic pressure encourages the formation of a « filter cake », reducing filter media consumption by 30%. Side seals ensure a perfect seal, preventing any particles from passing into the clean tank. Hydrostatic pressure means you can use a high filtration capacity media with moderate consumption.
Flow rate from 50 to 2500 l/min
Filtration threshold from 5 to 100 µm (depending on media)
Machining
Water treatment
Washing
Outstanding filtration quality and reliability
Small footprint
High flow treatment
Side sealing system
Low outlet angle to create a filter cake
SBM – Sludge Separator Media
High or low roller support
Available in « Atlas » permanent media version
Our range of BÉTA flat gravity filters ensures continuous solid/liquid separation. This system is designed for industrial installations, mainly of the individual type. BÉTA’s low feed height means it can be connected directly by gravity to the machine outlet, eliminating the need for a lifting station.
Flow rate from 1 to 700 l/min
Filtration threshold from 15 to 100 µm depending on media
Machining
Water treatment
Washing
Very good technical-economic ratio
Low height, allowing it to be fed by gravity at the machine outle
Standard spare bin
Our drum filters are specially designed for filtering micro chips from steel, aluminium and brass machining, aluminium and brass.
Fitted with a permanent stainless steel or nylon media filter, they provide filtration of between 60 and 200µ.
A backwash system cleans the filter, and a dredge chain evacuates swarf and sludge
Unit flow rate from 25 to 2000 l/min
Bar turning
Fine machining
Consumable-free operation
Multi-drum, up to 4 coupled drums
Depending on the process and the specifications, these filters can be supplemented with additional systems (bags, cartridges, for example) or can be set up in series for successive stages of increasing fineness.
