Cooling unit and temperature control

Delta Process, the thermal control branch of Filtres Monnet
The temperature of liquids is a very important parameter. One of the functions of the liquid may be to cool, in which case the accumulated heat must be evacuated. In addition, the viscosity of oils is directly linked to their temperature, and controlling this is essential to controlling the process.

Submerged coil cooler
The coolers in the RSI range are fitted to liquid baths. The sepentine is immersed in the bath and cools it.
No circulation, no pump, no need for sealing – operation is simple, robust and efficient.
Cooling capacity: 5 to 15 kW

Recirculating Cooler
Coolers in this category allow cooling to be outsourced, by circulating the liquids.
- Orion range: the cooler is inserted in series in the circulation of the liquid to be cooled.
- OURAL range (plate heat exchanger) or REN (easily cleanable coil heat exchanger): fitted with its own pump, it can draw liquid from a tank and return it to the tank after cooling.
- OREADE chilled water plants: this compact, self-contained unit delivers chilled water locally in circulation, as would a centralised water network.
- Cooling capacity: from 5 to 80 kW as standard and over 80 kW on request.

Temperature exchanger
Heat exchangers are used to cool the liquid in the power station using water from a centralised network or from chilled water production at the foot of the machine.
Your exchanger will be sized according to your needs and can be plate or tubular.
Cooling capacity: 5 to 80 kW
Heating liquids
Liquids can be heated by resistance heating or heat exchangers.
